Practice your new MMA skills in live sparring

Open Sparring sessions allow you to practice your new skills in a safe and controlled environment. Bring a partner and practice Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Wrestling together in live sparring, or mix it up and do a bit of everything!

Sparring is a vital and often-misunderstood part of any martial arts training. The idea is not to try to kill each other! It is an opportunity to put into practice the skills you have been learning in our other martial arts classes. During an open mat sparring session, you can decide with your partner what you want to work on; you could work on distance and timing in Thai Boxing, securing and tightening that arm bar in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or working that single-leg takedown from the cage to improve your Wrestling techniques.
