Sounds a little scary doesnt it? It's very much the opposite! The gym isn't full of massive professional athletes; this is a class where people that work 9 to 5 jobs can learn interesting and beneficial techniques. Our coaches are more than happy to take you through the basics until you are confident enough to progress onto the next steps and perfect your abilities.
This unique mix of disciplines teaches you the fundamentals of Olympic lifting, power lifting and strongman techniques.
Once you have learned the basics you can progress within the class to grow stronger and expand your knowledge of weight lighting.
No prior experience in any weight lifting disciplines is needed and all ages and abilities are welcome. Just give it a try!
Gain advice from experienced coaches who compete regularly in strongman and powerlifting events.
We use dumbbells, barbells, atlas stones, the prowler and more to help you grow strong.
The most important thing we are looking for is progression and to have fun lifting heavy stuff!
We keep a record of everyone's lifts so you can see how you are improving over the weeks.
