This class is taught by two instructors that have a background in Thai Boxing, which they draw on to create a boxing-based fitness routine which will improve your overall fitness whilst having fun and allowing you to de-stress! This total body workout ticks all the boxes and is suitable for anyone.
In this non-contact class you will improve your cardio, tone your body and burn calories using a variety of exercises.
We use boxing techniques such as jabs, hooks, uppercuts, kicks and knees to increase your heart rate and burn fat.
Between rounds on the pads, we incorporate bodyweight exercises and running to give you and your partner a full-body workout.
If you and a friend are interested in getting fit, this is a great class for working together to reach your health goals.
We focus on upper body conditioning, toning for arms, chest and abs, and improving rhythm and coordination at the same time.
Anyone and everyone can use this class to work their way up to a good level of fitness, even if you're a total beginner!
