Learn handstand techniques and coordination to improve your balance and body awareness.
We work on mobility, stretching and strength exercises to build the muscles used to balance.
Achieving a handstand requires good core strength so we do exercises to improve it.
This is a low intensity class with a focus on balance, coordination and most of all, fun!
We practice handstand balance with a crash mat to prevent injury and remove the fear of falling.
Flexibilty is important so we use stretching techniques to improve wherever necessary.
This is not a class for Olympic gymnasts; it's for people who want to learn something new!
