A Handstands class is very unconventional for a gym, but the benefits of practicing handstands are substantial! If you're bored of traditional gyms and looking for something a bit different, why not give this class a try? Everyone can benefit from handstand training; it's great for flexibility, posture, strength and confidence and these four attributes carry over into any other sport you may be involved in.
