This is the fun club! Get an energetic boost to your day with this class. It is generally designed as a mixture of cardio circuits, boxing, kettlebells, tyre flipping and bodyweight exercises, along with the use of our other fitness equipment. This high-impact class is never the same, which makes every session a surprise! This class will aid weight loss, hit core muscles, relieve stress, increase fitness levels, burn calories and prepare you for the rest of your day!
We focus on fitness rather than technique, so it is a great way to improve your cardio.
Bodyweight exercises include mountain climbers, squats, sit-ups, push-ups and plank.
Kettlebells are a good way to make bodyweight exercises more challenging.
Triceps press, double press, Russian twist and snatch are a few examples using kettlebells.
Unconventional exercises such as jumping the bag and hurdles increase your heart rate.
High knees and skipping are used to increase your heart rate for maximum fat burning.
Box jumps are hard work but great for improving your leg strength, stamina and agility.
It doesn't matter if you're new or experienced; the class can be tailored to each individual.
